The Iraqi Civil War continues: A bicycle suicide bomber kills Farouk Abd al Sattar Hassan Mohammed al Obeidi, a Sons of Iraq militia officer, along with 14 others.  The week before al Obeidi expressed his frustration to the western media that the Iraqi Security Forces have failed to live up to their promise to incorporate the incorporate Sunni (legacy of Mohammed) Moslem militias into the ISF, if they would lay down their arms.

NOTE: Meanwhile only one member of the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) lost his life.
