The supreme court, of the corporate United states, decides Gonzales v. oregon, declaring as unlawful Federal interference into the prerogative of the states to regulate physician assisted suicide.

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Wachovia Bank v. Schmidt, declaring that a Federally chartered bank is a citizen of the state where its headquarters are located.

       The supreme court, of the corporate United states, refuses to hear Bursey v. United states: upholding the conviction of Brett Bursey, for attending a 2002 speech, at the West Columbia, south carolina, airport, by Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 52 ineligible Electoral votes), and holding a megaphone, and placard that said, “No more war for oil, don’t invade Iraq.”
