While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal court for the southern district of florida hands down Rosner v. United states: judge Patricia A. Seitz orders the United states treasury to pay 22,500,000 “dollars” in compensation to Hungarian Jews whose property was seized (during the Axis War (World War II)) by the pro-Nazi Hungarian government, and later confiscated by third infantry division of the army of the United states and then illegally distributed among the division’s flag officers.

       NOTE: This award came not out of the property of the generals and colonels responsible for this injustice, but out of the confiscated earnings of U.s. subject/enemy/citizens extorted through the unlawful Federal income tax that did not do this.
