Third Platoon, Alpha Company, Third Battalion, Fifteenth Infantry Regiment, Second Brigade, Third Infantry Division of the United states Army (private mercenaries) makes its only medical delivery during its eight-month deployment to Iraq to the Sadr City Women’s Hospital, consisting only of a truckload of baby diapers.

NOTE: The Sadr City section of Baghdad was a walled area with controlled entry and exit.  Trash was strewn almost everywhere, as are large puddles of standing water containing raw sewage.  The hospitals in Sadr City were in desperate need of antibiotics and surgical equipment.  There was no electricity, drinkable water, or pubic sanitation.

Question: Is it any wonder why they hate us?
