While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” retired United states Army General Colin L. Powell (private mercenary), secretary of state, tells Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, of the Empire of Japan, that if Japan ever hopes to have a permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council it must first get rid of its pacifist contrition—the very constitution that the U.s. imposed upon Japan following its defeat in the Axis War (World War II).
