While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 52 ineligible Electoral votes) signs the Department of Defense Appropriations Act of 2005, prohibiting the U.s. Armed Forces from accumulating unlawfully acquired intelligence regarding U.s. subject/enemy/citizens.

       NOTES:

  • Afterward Bush issued a signing statement asserting that only the Commander-in-Chief may tell the military what information it may keep.
  • At this time Bush’s unlawful warrantless domestic spying program was still a secret.
