While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the sixth circuit court of appeals hands down United states v. Rapanos, upholding the 185,000 “dollar” fine imposed upon John A. Rapanos, by the Federal court for the eastern district of michigan for dumping dry sand onto his own property, in violation of the Clean Water Act—20 miles from the near navigable waterway.
