While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan and the Philippines defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 52 ineligible Electoral votes) in a letter to the Republican 46th counterfeit CONgress (elected within the provisions of the fraudulent 17th amendment), on the eve of his launching a pre-emptive war against Iraq, accuses dictator Saddam Hussein of being in league with the al Qaida (Arabic for “the Base”) international terrorist network:
[A]cting pursuant to the Constitution [where?] and Public Law 107-243 [Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002] is consistent with the United States … continuing to take the necessary actions against international terrorists and terrorist organizations, including those nations, organizations, or persons who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001.
