While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan and the Philippines defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto CONgressman Charles B. Rangel, Esq., of new york – a descendant of slaves – introduces the Universal National Service Act, which would force U.s. subject/enemy/citizens, ages 18 to 26, into involuntary servitude (slavery) to the Federal government for a period of two years.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Rangel was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
