While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan and the Philippines defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Drug Enforcement agents—acting under color of law, and without the knowledge of the municipal statute enforcement officers—arrest Michael and Valerie Corral, two high profile volunteers with the Wo/Man’s Alliance for Medical Marijuana, for growing 130 legal marijuana plants on their farm.  Although the Corrals are quickly released (without being charged with a crime), their crop is destroyed.  The W/MAMM is a non-profit hospice, where 80% of its patients are dying of various maladies; neither does it engage in the buying or selling of marijuana.  Among the DEA’s victims is Suzanne Pfeil, a paraplegic, post-polio patient, who is handcuffed to her bed when she is unable to comply with an agent’s order to stand up.

Lawful means not forbidden by the Constitution, legal means according to mere statute or ordinance.  Why weren’t these DEA Law-breakers arrested by the local sheriff?  Why weren’t these DEA Law-breakers arrested by the local sheriff?  Why aren’t they being charged with the federal crime of violating another’s civil rights, or the un-Lawful destruction of an other’s property Absent Due Process?  Oh?  Sorry, I forgot the precedents established at Waco and Ruby Ridge. —- JL

Governor Joseph “Grayout” Davis, of the republic of california, signs Assembly Bill 1860, requiring hospital emergency rooms—including Catholic hospitals which regard abortion as murder—to offer RU-486 (the “morning after pill”) to rape victims for “free,” i.e. paid for by taxpayers who did not commit this crime, as opposed to the rapist who did.

NOTE: In his effort to be compassionate to rape victims, Davis is raping california taxpayers, and is providing abortifacients through religious institutions, whether or not such organizations support surgical abortions.

Undue interference in Church/State separation?  Or have these Church hospitals taken tax ‘dollars’ for other purposes, sacrificing the First Amendment for the sake of expediency?  What would Jesus say? —- JL
