       The Federal court for the northern district of the republic of texas decides Silencer Shop Foundation v. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives: judge James W. Hendrix declares that registration requirements on “short-barreled shotguns, short-barreled rifles, silencers, and a … defined group of miscellaneous firearms” to be unlawful as the Federal tax on these items has been eliminated.

       Question: By what rationale can the Federal government continue taxing or regulating the unalienable right to own small arms?
