       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the fourth circuit court of appeals hands down United states v. Belmonte Cardozo: U.s. subject/enemy/citizens cellphones may be searched by statute enforcement officers without a judicial warrant or probable cause.

       David Brouillette, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent (domestic terrorist) “conducting an enforcement operation related to a final order of removal” in Biddeford, maine fatally shoots Sebastián Duran Guerrero, a Colombian national who held a Permanent Resident (“Green”) Card and Social Security number, over a case of mistaken identity.  According to Brouillette’s family, he was, as a child, diagnosed with bipolar disorder and attention deficit disorder.  “Afghanistan destroyed him. … They took someone who was extremely mentally ill and turned him into a killing machine.”

       NOTE: U.s subject/enemy/citizens are eight times more likely to be killed by a government agent with a badge and gun than a terrorist.
