       NOTES:

• If passed, the SAVE America Act will disenfranchise millions of voters by requiring them to produce a birth certificate or a passport before being allowed to vote (affirm the status quo).
• There are too many of the wrong people voting.  But requiring voters to produce government issued identification is not the answer.  The solution that is needed is the restoration of property ownership qualification.
