The Federal court for the central district of the republic of california decides United states v. Nunez: The jury, through self-awareness finds Bobby Nunez—a tow truck driver—not guilty of “stealing” (towing) an Immigration and Customs Enforcement vehicle that was illegally blocking a driveway.
NOTE: Stephen Miller, Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy to Republican (fascist/socialist) President Trump, condemned the verdict saying, “Another example of blatant jury nullification in a blue city. The justice system depends on a jury of peers with a shared system of interests and values.”
