The Federal court for the District of Columbia decides United states v. Dunn: The jury, empowered through self-knowledge suspends what they determine to be an unjust statute, rendering the facts to this case irrelevant, as they find Sean C. Dunn, a former paralegal aide for the Department of Justice, not guilty of throwing a sandwich at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents (acting under-color-of-law).  “I did it. I threw a sandwich.  I did it to draw them away from where they were.  I succeeded.”

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal court for the southern district of new york hands down United states v. Rodriguez: judge Denise L. Cote sentences Keonne Rodriguez to five years in prison and 250,000 “dollar” fine for operating an unlicensed money-transmitting business.

       NOTE: The prosecution ignored a finding by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, a division within the department of the treasury, that Rodriguez was not involved in money transfers.
