Dunn: The jury, empowered through self-knowledge suspends what they determine to be an unjust statute, rendering the facts to this case irrelevant, as they find Sean C. Dunn, a former paralegal aide for the Department of Justice, not guilty of throwing a sandwich at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents (acting under-color-of-law).  “I did it. I threw a sandwich.  I did it to draw them away from where they were.  I succeeded.”
