      While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Sirce E. Owen, acting Director of the Executive Office for Immigration Review of the Department of Justice issues Director Order Number 02-2025, permitting ANY attorney to become an administrative law judge WITHOUT having any experience in immigration law.

       NOTE: The EOIR is an administrative law court without Trial by Jury.
