       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” E. Scott Turner, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and “Sicherheitsdienst Reichsfuhrer” Kristi L.A. Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security, jointly announce that they are terminating Federal housing subsidies for free-market workers (illegal aliens).

       Question: Where in the Constitution for the United states does Scott find the authorization to subsidize housing for ANYONE using someone else’s money?
