Elon R. Musk, Administrator of the “Department” (Office) of Government Efficiency, tweets that all Federal employees (French for “government workers”) will begin receiving e-messages asking them to provide a weekly productivity report. Failure to respond will be construed as a resignation.
Question: At least nine Federal agencies and departments, including the Federal judiciary, instructed their employees not to respond to the e-inquiry. Could it be because they do not do anything productive?
