       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Emil J. Bove, III, Esq., Acting Deputy Attorney General, orders fraud and corruption charges dropped against Mayor Eric Adams, of New York City, after Adams agreed to drop his resistance and begin cooperating with Federal efforts to deport his free-market (undocumented) residents.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Bove was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].

       Craig Trainor, Esq., Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights of the Department of Education, demand of the nation’s post-secondary educational institutions that they end their diversity, equity and inclusion programs within two-weeks or risk losing their Federal funding.

       Question: Where in the Constitution for the united States is CONgress authorized to fund education?
