       Republican (fascist/socialist) President Trump suspends funding authority to the National Endowment of Democracy, which serves to rig foreign elections and destabilize foreign governments.

       NOTE: Unfortunately, this amounts to less than 0.0002% of the annual Federal budget deficit.  To eliminate deficits Trump is going to have to look at ALL unlawful Federal programs including Social Security, Medicare and the warfare state.
