       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Biden (having received an unlawful advantage of 41 ineligible and 62 stolen Electoral votes) in a presidential “debate” (joint press conference) with former President Trump, presumptive nominee of the Republican (fascist/socialist) Party, says,

       Point 5%.  Either one of those numbers made raised $500 million billion dollars, I should say in a ten-year period we’d be able to wipe out his debt.  We’d be able to help make sure that all those things we need to do child care, elder care, making sure that we continue to strengthen our health care system, making sure that we’re able to make every single solitary person eligible for what I’ve been able to do with the with the Covid, excuse me, with, um, dealing with everything we have to do with, uh, look, if.  … We finally beat Medicare.

       Superintendent of Public Instruction Ryan Walters, of oklahoma, says, “Every teacher, every classroom in the state will have a Bible in the classroom and will be teaching from the Bible in the classroom, to ensure that this historical understanding is there for every student in the state of Oklahoma.”

       The common pleas court, of Franklin County, (Federal enclave of) Ohio, hands down state v. Robinson: judge Mark A. Serrott sets aside the jury’s guilty verdict to the charge of murder against Laroy Robinson, and orders that Robinson be retried. 

       NOTES:

• This was Double Jeopardy, which is prohibited by Article V of Amendment. 
• If Serrott felt the jury got it wrong, he had the power and the duty to set aside the guilty verdict and declare Robinson “not guilty.”
