While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down National Rifle (Republican) Association v. Vullo, citing National Association for the Advancement of Colored People v. alabama ex rel. Patterson, which relied on the fraudulent fourteenth amendment: “[T]he First Amendment prohibits government officials from wielding their power selectively to punish or suppress speech, directly or … through private intermediaries.”

NOTE: In rendering this decision, the court ignored the new york constitution of 1894, article I, section 8.
