The legislature of the commonwealth of Kentucky—over the veto of Democratic (socialist/fascist) governor Andrew G. Beshear, Esq.—passes House Bill Eight exempting gold, silver [lawful Money], platinum and palladium from state sales taxes.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Beshear was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6, Clause 2.

While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Sheetz v. El Dorado County (California): “[T]here is no basis for affording property rights less protection in the hands of legislators than administrators.”
NOTE: In rendering this decision the court ignored the california constitution of 1879, article I, section 19.
