While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal court for the eastern district of the commonwealth of virginia (the “espionage court”) hands down United states v. Hale: judge Liam O’Grady sentences Daniel E. Hale, a former civilian U.s. Air Force intelligence analyst, to three years and nine months in prison for exposing war crimes committed by the USAF.
NOTES:
- Hale’s crime was revealing to the media that 80% of the victims of the U.s. Drone Wars are innocent bystanders.
- Hale was a resident of Nashville, tennesseE. But the venue was changed to Federal court for the eastern district of virginia (the “espionage court”) where the great bulk of the nation’s military/industrial/intelligence apparatus would be more likely produce a jury prejudiced against whistleblowers.
