While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” de facto Commander-in-Chief Biden (having received an unlawful advantage of 41 ineligible and 62 stolen Electoral votes), issues Proclamation 10146:
This February, during Black History Month, I call on the American people to honor the history and achievements of Black Americans and to reflect on the centuries of struggle that have brought us to this time of reckoning, redemption, and hope.
