       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) President Trump threatens to withhold Department of Education funding to municipal school districts (government protected educational monopolies) that utilize the New York Times Magazine’s “1619 Project.”  The revisionist “1619 Project.” seeks the recast the first American Revolution as an attempt to preserve slavery rather than an attempt to preserve the Rights of Englishmen.

       Question: Where in Constitution for the united States is the Federal government permitted to fund education?
