       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Phoenix, (Federal enclave of) Arizona statute enforcement officers restrain Ramon T. Lopez in a prone position, for six-minutes on asphalt that is at a temperature of about 190^o.  Lopez becomes unresponsive and is pronounced dead at a local hospital.
