       Vice President John P. Patafio, of the Transit Workers Union, Local 100, announces that his workers will refuse to transport detainees arrested by New York City statute enforcement officers for protesting against the lynching (execution without due process) of George Floyd by SEO Derek Chauvin.

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) President Trump announces that he is terminating U.s. contributions to the World Health Organization.  However, he pledges to “redirect[] those funds to other worldwide and deserving urgent global public health needs.”

       William P. Barr, attorney general of the United states, speaking at a national press conference blames the political opposition for instigating the rioting:

       Unfortunately, with the rioting that is occurring in many cities around our country, the voices of peaceful protest are being hijacked by violent radical elements.  …  In many places it appears the violence is planned, organized, and driven by anarchic and far left extremist groups using Antifa-like tactics, many of whom travel from outside the state to promote the violence

       NOTE: Although Barr used the word “country” here, the editors believe that he meant to use the word “nation,” in which a central government, with almost limitless power, treats its constituent states as mere enclaves, provinces, or sub-divisions of its greater self; as opposed to “Union,” which is a union of sovereign States under a federal system, with a central government whose powers are strictly limited by a respected Constitution.
