While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Christopher C. Krebs, Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency issues a memorandum entitled “Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce.”  The memo directs state governors which categories of workers are necessary to be kept on the job during the COVID-19 “shelter-in-place.
