Strom: statute enforcement officers may enter the homes of U.S. subject/enemy/citizens—without a warrant—if they are involuntarily confined by psychiatric evaluation.

       Louisville, kentucky statute enforcement officers Jonathan Mattingly, Brett Hankison and Myles Cosgrove (acting under-color-of-law) conducting a “no-knock” drug raid (legal home invasion) mortally shoot Breonna Taylor, an Emergency Medical Technician.  The SEOs arrest Kenneth Walker, Taylor’s boyfriend, for wounding one of them in self-defense.  The suspect the SEOs were looking for lives ten miles away, and was already in custody

       NOTES:

• No drugs were found.
• U.s subject/enemy/citizens are eight times more likely to be killed by an SEO than a terrorist.
