Christine LaGarde, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, and President Lenin Moreno, of Ecuador, announce to securing of a 4,200,000,000 “dollar” loan to Ecuador from the IMF. Another 6,000,000,000 “dollars” in loans will be granted from the World (central) Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the Development Bank of Latin America.
