Republican (fascist/socialist) governor Gregory W. Abbott, Esq., of the republic of texas, announces that he is refusing the entry of refugees under a Federal resettlement program, as his state “has been left by C[ON]gress to deal with disproportionate migration issues resulting from a broken immigration system.”

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Abbott was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
