Snowden: judge Liam O’Grady awards all proceeds from the sale of his book Permanent Record to the U.s. treasury, as Snowden did not submit his manuscript to the Central Intelligence Agency for redaction, before publication.
Question: Had Snowden complied with his contractual obligations would the CIA have left him with anything to publish?
