While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Aaron Dean, a Fort Worth, texas, statute enforcement officer (acting under-color-of-law) fatally shoots Atatiana Jefferson while she is playing video games with her eight-year-old nephew.  Dean had been asked to perform a wellness check on Jefferson.
