The Federal court for the eastern district of the commonwealth of virginia (the “espionage court”) decides Elhady v. Kable: judge Anthony J. Trenga rules that the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Terrorist Screening Database (a.k.a. the “Watchlist”), which arbitrarily besmirches the reputations of United states subject/enemy/citizens violates their due process rights.
