Juan Carlos Nazario and Bryan Wittle fatally shoot Alexander Tilghman as he was fleeing Louie’s On The Lake restaurant, in Oklahoma City, oklahoma.  Tilghman, without provocation, had just wounded four patrons inside the restaurant.
