While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Sean Aranas, a University of california, Berkeley, statute enforcement officer (acting under-color-of-law) snatches 60 “dollars” from the wallet of Beto Matias, a free-market hot dog vendor.  Aranas then issues Matias a citation for engaging in commerce without the proper permits.
