While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the oregon Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying assesses a 500 “dollar” fine against Mats Jarlstrom, a Beaverton mechanical engineer, for publicizing the results of his study on the shortened timing of yellow lights at street intersections that cause a higher number of either collisions or computerized red light camera citations.
