While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto Vice President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., Esq., speaking on the National Broadcasting Company’s Meet the Press interview show, threatens the Russian Federation with a cyber attack on its banking system: “[W]e’re sending a message [to President Vladimir Putin] it will be at the time of our choosing, and under the circumstances that will have the greatest impact.”

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Biden was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
