While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal court for the northern district of georgia awards 1,650,000 “dollars” to the parents of Bounkham ‘Bou Bou’ Phonesavanh.  Phonesavanh, at the age of 19-months, was nearly killed by Charles Long, a statute enforcement officer, with a stun grenade. 

       NOTE: This award came not out of the property and pensions of Long (acting under-color-of-law) who was responsible for this injustice, but out of the lawful taxes paid by Habersham County residents, who did not do this.
