The 15th circuit Solicitor’s Drug Enforcement unit, an independent republic of south carolina multi-jurisdictional task force, conducts a “no-knock” raid (legal home invasion) on Julian Ray Betton, of Myrtle Beach. David Belue, Dean Bishop, Chad Guess, Frank Waddell and Chris Dennis, DEu officers (acting under-color-of-law) fire 29 rounds at Betton, striking him nine times, leaving him paralyzed.
