While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal court for the northern district of california hands down Saleh v. Bush: judge Jon S. Tigar refuses to hear a suit seeking to hold Republican (fascist/socialist) former President George W. Bush accountable for lying about the need to go to war against Iraq.  Tigar dismisses the case “with prejudice” (the case may not be brought again).
