While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Timothy Loehmann, a Cleveland (Federal enclave of) Ohio statute enforcement officer (acting under-color-of-law) mortally shoots 12-year-old Tamir Rice, two seconds after arriving on the scene.  Rice was sitting on a playground swing aimlessly holding a toy gun. 

       NOTES:

• The official report claimed that Loehmann had three times ordered Rice to drop the weapon, and that Rice was brandishing the toy gun.  But a private video of the incident proved these claims to be a lie.
• Loehmann resigned after one month on the job as an SEO in Independence, Ohio due to concerns that he lacked the emotional stability to be an SEO.
