While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Richard Cantu and Jesse Aquino, two Dallas, texas statute enforcement officers, open fire upon David Blair, as he is moving into his new apartment.  The SEOs had asked Blair about prostitution activity in the area, but Blair refused to talk to them.  Cantu and Aquino arrest Blair on a false charge of assault on an SEO.
