While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” nine Kern County (california) statute enforcement officers hogtie David Sal Silva, a 33-year-old father of three, and beat him to death with side-handle batons.  Afterward the SEOs bully and threaten bystanders to surrender their cell phones so the incriminating evidence against them can be destroyed.
