While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the department of treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration reports that, in 2011, the Internal Revenue Service mailed out 23,994 Federal income tax refunds, totaling 46,378,040 “dollars” to a single address in Atlanta, georgia.
