While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” de facto Commander-in-Chief Obama (either a natural born subject of the United Kingdom enclave of Kenya, or a natural born resident of the republic of Hawaii) ostensibly announces the end of the Iraqi-American War.  “After nearly 9 years, America’s war in Iraq will be over. … [O]ur troops are finally coming home.”  From now on the war will be prosecuted by private security guard (soldiers of fortune) contracted with the department of state.

Postscript: A few weeks later Obama declared his intentions to instead re-deploy many of those troops to Kuwait.
