While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Benjamin S. “Helicopter Ben” Bernanke, Chairman of the Board of Governors (a Federal agency) that oversees the privately owned Federal Reserve System of (central) Banks, in testimony to the senate budget committee, says that “We [the FRSBs] have no expectation or intention to get involved in state and local finance”; that state and municipal governments “should not expect loans from the Fed.”

       NOTE: Two and a half years previous Bernanke supervised the administration of 12,200,000,000,000 “dollars” in loans and aid to bailout the FRSB’s member commercial banks; but was unable, or unwilling to provide 140,000,000,000 “dollars”—less than two percent that amount.
