The Great Recession continues around the world: The Financial Times reports that Hong Kong and Shanghai (commercial) Bank (a.k.a. HSBC), of London, England; and Societe Generale and BNP Paribas commercial banks of Paris, France—without permission—have been loaning their depositors gold (lawful Money) to the world central Bank for International Settlements to facilitate currency swaps with the BIS, after the European System of Central Banks refused to extend their credit lines.

NOTE: This is the further realization of plank number five of the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx.
