While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” an unlawfully elected (in accordance with the fraudulent 16th amendment) house of representatives, as part of a procedural vote on unrelated legislation, approves a statement, which “deemed as passed” the non-existent 2011 Fiscal Year Federal Budget (YEA, 215; NAY, 210).
NOTE: This allows CONgress to continue unprecedented deficit spending without having to go on record as having voted for it.
